Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

The Service Provider of LifeTap (available at lifetap.app) is Piotr Łukasik, operating under the brand Flowtap Works, based in Pruszcz Gdański, 83-000, Poland.

The Service Provider information will be updated upon registration of a sole proprietorship.

2. Definitions

• Service — the LifeTap web application available at lifetap.app
• User — a natural person using the Service
• Account — an individual User account in the Service, created during the registration process
• Services — functionalities provided by the Service, including the blog, tools, and user profile
• Content — articles, guides, and educational materials published in the Service
• Tools — interactive calculators and tools available in the Service

3. Types and Scope of Services

LifeTap provides electronic services in the following categories:

Without registration:

• Access to blog and educational content
• Access to basic tools (e.g., Savings Calculator)

After registration (requires creating an Account):

• Full access to all tools
• User profile with personalization options
• Streak tracking system
• Badge system
• Reading tracker

Waitlist:

You can sign up for the waitlist to be notified when the full version of the Service launches.

LifeTap is under active development. The scope of available services may change.

4. Technical Requirements

• A web browser with JavaScript support
• Cookies enabled
• localStorage enabled

5. Minimum Age

The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. Creating an Account requires confirmation of being at least 18 years of age.

6. Registration and Account

Registration is voluntary and free of charge. Creating an Account requires providing:

• Email address
• Password
• Acceptance of these Terms of Service
• Confirmation of being at least 18 years of age

Each person may have only one Account in the Service.

Deleting your Account is equivalent to terminating the service agreement.

7. Rules of Use

The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose. In particular, the following are prohibited:

• Using the Service in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose
• Automated content extraction (scraping) without written consent of the Service Provider
• Attempting unauthorized access to the Service's systems

9. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, page layout, source code, and other elements of the Service are the intellectual property of the Service Provider and are protected by copyright law.

The User may use the Service content only for personal, non-commercial use.

10. Liability

The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the Service operates correctly and is available without interruption. However, the Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.

The Service Provider is not liable for consequences of decisions made based on content or tool results available in the Service.

The Service Provider will process the complaint within 14 days of receipt.

Consumers may use the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

12. Changes to Terms

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Account holders will be notified of planned changes via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

13. Right of Withdrawal

Users who are consumers have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days of Account registration, without stating a reason. To exercise this right, send a statement to hello@lifetap.app.

Detailed information about personal data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

15. Final Provisions

Matters not regulated by these Terms shall be governed by Polish law.

Any disputes with consumers shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the consumer's place of residence.
